Our fees are public and are on this website, not “on request”. If the price is hidden, something is wrong.
Who will take your call
We are a small team and that is, for now, our advantage: when you call, someone who knows your home by its street will take it, not by a file number.
Young as a brand, veteran as a system
The brand is new. The system is not: the same one used to run real companies for years. Here we have tuned it to rentals: collections, claims from day 3, due-date notices and a panel where you see everything. People do what a programme cannot: choose the tenant, resolve a repair and show their face.
Whom we work for
Private owners in Madrid, with one or two homes — or more — who want to put the folders down. Whole homes or by rooms. We do not sell property. We do not take rents below about €900. And we do not accept every brief.
